Had a 2016 CVO Road Glide Ultra that had the head set wired in that I used on long trips so The wife could reach me if she needed to. Just bought a 2019 CVO Limited with bluetooth.
the system is terrible. On both bikes I would leave the phone plugged in in the trunk to charge. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I here ya, but.. My buddy and I just got back from Utah. 5600 miles in 8 days and the wife knows how we ride so sometimes she gets worried and wants to reach out..
Last year we did the Black Hills, and then the Bear Tooth HWY in Montana. We live in Mass so we pound out some miles. when local no phone..

 

Something isn't right...my 2019 CVO Limited with WHIM with a fullface Shoei is as good if not better than wired to my 2014 FLHTK. Ya gotta get the settings correct though to get the voice commands to work.
BTW, pay no attention to the troll with 38 posts, he just got off a mini-bike...Dumb and Dumber
