After reading, studying, asking questions, I have come to the conclusion that Harley Davidson did not design these two new motorcycles. The EPA did.

LoL, If, the EPA designed them, they would have a plug in to recharge them, and a range of maybe 100 miles and cost eight grand more. That's if they don't catch fire and burn your house down in the mean time.

EPA sets the rules for noise and emissions and Harley has to design a motorcycle that stays with in the rules.
