Today while on a 7 day trip I was unable to get the Media Source to open. After bringing up the screen I pressed Media Source only for the screen to go blank. I tried several times and even stopped the bike. I rode the next 70 klms with no music. After reaching a motel I restarted the bike only for the music to start. Anyone else had this problem. The bike has done 2200klms and this is the 1st time its happened

Reason: Add bike type
I have had this happen several times. It's recommended you let everything boot up or load before you start the bike. Music sound is usually the last thing to load. If sound doesn't load a you see music on phone advancing you have to power bike down and wait a minute. When it doesn't play sound off phone I try the radio, if I get no volume there thats when I power bike down. If I get volume there I go back to CarPlay music and see if I get volume.
I have had it stop playing sound once while riding, music was still advancing. Radio had no sound either. In have 4832 miles on the bike.
There is an ifcu amp update available on the Harley-Davidson website. (1.3.3.0) It is actually the second update. I loaded it today but haven’t had a chance to check it out yet. Supposed to fix some bugs and AVC issues.
I saw a video that stated it could be done with a Mac computer, if the USB is formatted FAT32. I just down loaded it to a USB drive formatted in Fat32 with nothing else on it. Hope to try to install its on the bike today tomorrow.
