this has been a shaky start
harley is not capable of giving me the bike I paid for, and right now, the only strategy anyone involved has is 'hope'....HOPE IS A SHITTY STRATEGY!!!....i didn't pay for hope, i paid for a fully functional motorcycle
i'm being sincere when I wished this had gone differently, once an attorney gets involved, and there are signatures and a retainer....the whole thing takes on a mind of it's own
i'll be honest, if not for the fact that it's me suing my dealer and harley, the whole thing is pretty interesting, i've never sued a big giant corporation before, it's not necessarily a bucket list for me, but it will be an interesting experience
it's a big firm, about 20 offices across the country, i would never have access to this kind of help, but the fact that my sweet wife is a senior legal assistant in their main office helps....the attorney would normally not mess with something this petty....the cost of my bike is an average retainer for this fella...., but they appreciate my wife at this firm big time, and he's actually pretty eager to get involved...and he rides an Indian

i bet his ****ing radio works!!!
Makes me wonder why Harley customer service is sooooo out of touch with customers. I know if I treated my customers this poorly, I would lose all my contracts and my company would let me go in a heartbeat.

at this point, it's too late for diplomacy....about a thousand attorney's across the country just got a conflict inquiry from my attorney.....it's a formality, as we already know, HD has never hired this firm....like I said, once you get these things started, they take on a mind of their own
last time I hired an attorney, i ended up single, with the house, and the kid...and most of the money...different circumstances, but if this goes as well, I'll be as grateful as I was then to get out of a bad relationship
