2022 CVO's CARB approved?

2022 CVO's CARB approved?
Found a nice ride in "Merica" and want to import into the socialist republic of California (Gayvin Newsome country). It is way under the magic 7500 miles registration magic exemption. Anybody know if the 2022 CVO's are all 50 state bikes/CARB approved?

Every bike I’ve seen on Harley’s website for many years shows California Emissions as an additional $200 fee. So, I’m taking that to mean, if the bike doesn’t have that option, it’s not CARB compliant. I could be wrong, though.
