I always liked the way those CVO springers looked. Enjoy the new ride. See good things do come to those who wait. How many miles on it?
I'll have to agree there.
12k miles on it. He also has the quick release passenger backrest with luggage rack and a quick release detachable windshield. It also has brand new tires on it within the last 3 months as well as 3 hole fluid change. The back rest and windshield will most likely never be used, but still nice to have just in case. I have my Streetglide if I want those kinds of comforts.
Congratulations on finding that second mistress for the garage. She is a beauty!
Oh, almost forgot to mention, it is recommended to proactively swap out the lifters at 20,000 miles. They are prone to failire on these 110s. You probably know that from hanging around here but thought it was worth noting, just in case.
Safe travels picking her up.

Wow, has a wow factor.
The chrome rear rim and surrounding chrome "stand-out".
Congrats
Thanks guys...! Yes, it is one "wow factor" bike. The MoCo sure did an awesome job when then designed this bike. I got a few miles on it after I got back. I have to get used to being in the wind... LOL. Those touring bikes really spoil a guy with creature comforts...

Thanks for the note stratplexi... I did reach out to FuelMoto (they are 8 miles up the road from me)... because I have read a lot about those SE 110 lifters. They said if I want them to "bullet proof" it for me, to just let them know. It currently only has 12k miles, and I won't be putting a ton of miles on it, so we'll see what next spring brings. For now, I just want to ride both the Streetglide and the Springer and just see if I really truly have a preference. I'm not sure long term if I'll keep both or go back to one bike. So for now, I don't want to get to far into it. It's got new plugs, new fluids, new tires. I should be good for a while.
Oh... It's nice to hear that twin cam again after having the M8 for a while... LOL. That springer with that Vance Hines really has a nice sound...
I'm jealous. That sure would look good next to my 08 CVO Roadking (which had top end redone after 28.000 mile) That is my all time favorite CVO.
I'm not sure if I'll keep it long term... Time will tell, I can certainly reach out if the time comes to part with it. One never knows....
I hoped on and went for a cruise today. Man, it's a fun ride... So much different then the fairing bikes I'm used to. I got to figure out what to do with the wind in the face. I have a pair of M Frame Oakley's. They seem to work good up to about 45-50 mph. Over that, I think I'd need some good Seven Eye motorcycle glasses or get a full face helmet again. I used to have a Shoei RF-1400. I might go pick one up again.
