Hello all. I am an old rider new member. I was told my bike was coded as RG on the Assembly line process. Does anyone have any knowledge as to what that means? This is a tricky one as its for an owner that ordered prior to assembly. Can anyone help? I was told RA is good but its the one area I am clueless in... Background, I just ordered a 2022 RG. Thanks any and all. Eric

Unaware of "RG" but I have heard of references to "RA". Not sure what context you heard them used in..
"RG" is not an official model code that I am aware of, either like used for the VIN on a production motorcycle, or an internal model code that I have heard of. I've always thought of a Harley reference to "RG" as a reference to a Road Glide....
"RA" is an internal model code Harley uses for Pan America, ie: RA1250s for Pan America 1250 Special or RA1250SE for CVO Pan America. The Official model codse for a Pan America for VIN purposes are:
