Dude you have a problem. I would first be concerned that the wheel sprocket is loose. They have been known to come loose and will do a lot of damage to the wheel and swing arm as well as the sprocket and belt. Not to mention a safety issue.
Get it checked out ASAP.

I have a CVO Pro Street with no such issues. I would go round with a set of wrenches and check everything is 'nipped up' as it should be forthwith, upper and lower belt guards and pulley.

A little late to the party but for future reference I would ask if everything is tight and spacing is correct you need to be certain that your wheel is not cocked. Rear axle should be perfectly parallel with the swing arm bushing.
