I have a 2008 CVO springer that I am restoring from an unloved state and I have two electrical challenges:
1. New Custom Dynamics headlight comes with 3 cables (Black (Gd), Red (Position), Blue (lo Beam). The OEM wiring harness has White, 2 x yellow, Red/White, Black & white. Am I correct in thinking I match Black to Black. Red/White to Red and White to Blue?
2. The turn signal circuit is not working - no light to front, rear or console for turn signals. I have checked the fuses and they all look ok. Just wondering where else I can start looking. I have changed the handlebars and the switches in the hand grips for new versions of both
I should have noted that I do have the service manuals for the bike and wiring diagrams. But I am struggling to identify the correct wires pairing for the Headlight and to diagnose the turn signal problem

Head light wires are White (High Beam) and Yellow (Low Beam), on all Harleys.
The Yellow wire branches off to the Passing Lamp switch.
