Default 16 RG Ultra CVO - which Rotor Bolts?

Taking my front wheel apart to polish it. Plan to polish the factory 7 bolt rotors too.

I want to replace the rotor bolts with chrome. Aftermarket ones I bought look different and don’t fit (see pic). Internet search suggest I need 3 piece bolts (bolt, spring and washer/spacer). 41500020, 19 & 18.

I took one off the bike and it’s a 2 piece (bolt w attached washer/spacer and spring). I’m guessing part number 41500196.

Harley ‘used’ to make bolts in chrome and I found them online (91800029) but now worried they won’t fit.

then there’s these on Amazon that match up thread size (not sure about the washer size though) but don’t include the spring. https://a.co/d/1PCwr9J

can anyone point me in the right direction,..I’d like the factory look and don’t mind aftermarket. I don’t mind oem chrome provided they fit properly. Thanks!

Thank you! Are there more part numbers available for the front wheel? I’d like to see if I can use the discontinued oem chrome shoulder bolts and spring washer kit number 91800029

We purchased Gralfer Rotors for the front of Ginger while in Daytona this year for the rally. They recommend changing the bolts and they had both black and polished.

I do not know who makes these but they look great.

Thanks. I talked to Dennis Kirk. They don’t have anything form my 7 spoke CVO front rim.

I want to keep the factory look while upgrading to chrome bolts. 91800029 kit ‘looks’ like it will work but can’t cross reference enough to be certain.

FLTRUSE

any help is appreciated!

Understand the front end is made by Showa and as such the bolts/screws are metric, so make sure you get metric threads and sizes.

got it. I measured the ones off the bike and they are M8 1.25 threads and just over an inch long. Harley doesn’t have the thread size readily available for their part numbers.

AI said 91800029 kits have standard thread size. I called Harley and they confirmed these are metric and the only OEM option if I want chrome, which I do. That said, I ordered 3 of the last kits (discontinued). Thanks everyone for the guidance!
