Just a question concerning the factory heated grips on my 07 SE Ultra...seems sometimes they work and sometimes don't. First time I tried them couldn't get them to come on...several days later I noticed that my hands felt warm (without gloves)...seemed like the grips were hot..yet the indicator was in the 0 position. Turned them to 8...then back down to 0 several times still hot...several days later..they are off????Now, can't get em come back on.
Anyone had problems like this before? Still under warranty but been raining for 2 days. Dealership service is closed anyway till Tuesday.
Thanks for any response.

Also...I have in my profile to be notified when someone responds to a thread I have posted in...email used to be loaded up with all sorts of hits...but all of a sudden I have nothing any ideas there...(Ok I just stole my own thread)....
One of my dealer mechanics has hinted that they could one day be tempermental. I would take it in for warranty service. My heated grips are great, I hope they last. [/align]
