Ok I went to my dealer and saw the new StreetGlide CVO.
I love it but do not like the color - Spiced Rum ( Looks like Dark Cherry to me)
So I will wait I really want the Tequlia Sunrise.
Now HELP Me
Do any dealers have the StreetGlide CVO in Tequlia Sunrise??
Thanks
The Tequlia Sunrise looks good in the pics.I gotta see all the colors in person.Sometimes pics don't do the colors justice.
I'm with you........especially on the CVOs. The web site and brochure has done nothing for the colors of the CVOs for the five years that I've been watching them. Just have to wait and see them in person.....till then, I'll remain neutral.

Personally, I like Tequila Sunrise the best...but the guys I've talked to seem to prefer the ****ed rum. That's my 2nd favorite. The blue leaves me cold...too dull.
In person, the color has a lot of depth...a lot of glitter so to speak. Kinda on the orange side. Don't know if the pics help, but thought you'd want to see them.
I cannot understand WHY they painted the inner fairing gloss black i/o red...that one baffles me. I also do not care for the pin-striped flames...kinda cheap looking if you ask me. I guess everyone has their own likes/dislikes though.
Anyway, here are some pics from Sturgis. In person, it is "brighter" than these pics are showing up on my own computer screen. My lucky friend (who is sitting on the bike) has a deposit on one at North TX HD...should arrive mid Sept. $3k over MSRP.

Well, if you can tell me who your dealer is, I'm sure she'd be happy to call them up. Even if you're in some other state, it'd be worth it to pay $500 or so to ship it to Texas to save $2500. She's called numerous Dealers and with every one, it's the same story - they ALL sell the new CVO's over MSRP. I don't doubt you've seen some discounted CVO's, but I'd be willing to bet it's only certain poor-selling models/colors that are left over from 08. I haven't found one dealer who is doing poorly enough to need to discount a new, limited edition, fairly sought after bike.

Found a bunch in NJ and CT that are charging MSRP. I live in Long Island and found 3 that would also, but they did not have the blue that I wanted. And let me tell you---it looks MUCH better in person. SO I took the 100 mile drive to CT and picked up a blue one last weekend.
