On my '09 SERG I went with the Fullsac 2" baffles and bought the TTS Masterune from them as well. I'm so much happier with this setup than I was with the old PCMIII on my '08 SERK.
The TTS Mastertune is like the HD version of tuner in that you can download from the ECM on the bike, the original MAP and save it to your laptop hard drive for reloading if needed later.
Fullsac Performance had done lots of dyno testing and they furnished a canned MAP to people that buy their package. I installed the software on my laptop and uploaded their MAP after installing their 2" baffles. I'm VERY happy with the results. I know there's probably a bit left on the table from using their dyno proven canned MAP, but for me the '09 is much better in performance than my '08 was.
I'll start out here by saying that I've only read about the self tuning aspect of the TTS Mastertune but many have used it and love it's capabilities. They claim to be very close with the software when finished to that of an actual dyno tune setup.
The V-Tune part of the TTS Mastertune also allows you to ride with a laptop connected to the ECM of the bike allowing it to record all the different variables of your riding style and the bikes tune. Then afterwards you can go into the tables and do tweaks to the tables for an even better tune setup. This is all done with the stock O2 sensors that came on the bike from HD.
I'm sure others here are more familar with the V-Tune portion and will correct whatever slight mistakes I made in my description of the process.
But I like not having any ADDER on the bike, just the reprogram of the stock ECM. Also if for some reason you want to upload the stock HD MAP back into the bike for warranty service, you can do that. There is no registration with HD like the HD Super Race Tuner or the SERT of old that notifies HD of some modifications to the bike.
I hope I didn't muddy up the waters with my description.
Good luck, but for my money this time around I went with Fullsac Performance and their dyno proven package and it was a ton cheaper than aftermarket pipes and tuner.
