Are there problems with 2010 cvo's

When mine started burning oil, just started but it burns enough apx. 1qt. every 2-3 hundred miles. I had ovaled the back piston, and then it got real bad 40 miles and it burned 1qt. Had to get the top end rebuild. This is what I mean the heat really destroys the motor. I heard from other CVO owners that the cam plate on the 2010 has a bigger check valve? I asked HD and the would not give me a answer. It was funny they sent me a free membership for one year for HOG
