2004 SE Electra Glide

Looking at a 2004, orange SE Electra Glide with 41000 miles on it. Gonna get rid of the V-Rod and wanted a bagger but really not looking at financing a new bike. Is this a good deal?...bike is very clean.

I don't see the "deal", so I may be missing something. It would depend on the accessories, upgrades, etc., but I would think that a "fair" deal would have to be in the $15,000.00 neighborhood.
