Should be a good buy, for piece of mind you can always have a dealer go over it and give it a clean bill of health.

it should have factory warranty still, but i heard HD was looking at allowing used harley private sales to be added to extended warranty, HD must do a full inspection first {$charged} and with a clean bill of health, or bring up to date [ ie oil leaks, electronics. But this cvo should be covered anyways

Just traded my 2009 Ultra with 30,000 miles on it for a new 2012 CVO Ultra.... I'm very happy with it so far. Haven't figured out why there is so much difference. I'm sure the the engine, mag wheels, and seat enter into it. There is so much improvement I can't believe it is the same frame. Only have 200 miles on it so pretty early. Cats do get hot as previously mentioned.
For what its worth, I'm happy. Of course, also previously mentioned, it IS much more money. Well.... You only go around once!
