Progressive 430's
Its too bad Progressive seems to be more in tune with pushing their fancy shocks yet they are lost at filling orders for the 430 shock. I have had a pair ordered since January and the message I am still getting is they have no clue when they will be making the 430 shock. I have already lost over $200 in lost reservation fees because I listened to Progressive tell me they had me covered. I guess its time to tell the truth about Progressive. And do they care? Hell no or else someone there would have taken the bull by the horns and got the problem fixed. Poor leadership and no forward vision has caused this. Get this-they had one machine shop making parts for them. So when the shop closed, they had no backup plan. They still claim they cannot find a machine shop that can make the parts needed for the 430's that will pass their quality control. So its time to get my money back.
