My friend owned a 2006 CVO ultra and traded for a new 2010 CVO ultra. On both bike he installed true dual Rhinehart exhaust. He is the on bike I can pick out if he rides by the house before I see it. They are great pipes, nice sound when idle or cruise and awesome when throttling up.

Also been hearing good thing about the KuryAkyn "Perfect Storm" set up and Mike Roland its developer is about to release a new cam (24c) to tie into the package that will bring a 110 motor to ~115Hp & ~125Tq. $2500-ish for the entire package installed but that will be one heck heck of a runner.
I'm in the same boat currently soooo many choices out there......

I had the TD Rineharts on my last ultra with the 110 SE. Heat was never a problem, the tone was great but it was damn loud when you were into the throttle. The older I get the more I want to get away from the noise.
Oh I do want a CVO....with the freekin LED's! you are right though, I need to get with the dealer. I have told him what I wanted before and after a few days he called and said "come on in and pick it up". We will see. Big difference between want and need for me.
I thought the price was excessive on my 11 Convertible.......until I road it home....worth every penny.
