Default Rineharts

I have put the Rinehart Extreme True Duals on two bike and love them. Much cooler, good performance and great sound. The 3.5 inch are a little deeper sound then the 4 inch but either are good. I went with the four inch myself. Enjoy the new ride I love mine 2013 Silver Ultra CVO.

To esbosco37...could you upload a sound video for us? Would really love to hear your bike with that combo on. Just got my 13silver ultra last week and plan on exhaust work of some kind. Been told that just v and h dual pipes with stock mufflers sound good. Thanks.

Put the crack pipe down kid.

I wanted to take the time to respond to the exhaust on these 110's. When I purchased this bike I had it dyno'd. The stock numbers were 85hp and 100 TQ. I purchased a V&H xpipe, left the stock mufflers on, also purchased a super tunner, once installed back in the dyno, 96 hp and 108 tq. The bike sounds great, I was not crazy about sound but with the 1500 miles and the Xpipe it really is sounding like a harley. I was skeptical as the 103 stage four with the high flow 58mm intake, high flow injectors, 259E cam was a hard pulling bike, I would still have it if I had not had to lay her down due to a mechanical failure, so I have lots to compare it to. I will say that I dont have the HP I had but the power band is smooth and start imediatly rather than at around 3K. If I were you I would leave stock muflers and try the new pipe and get a good tune done on it, I dont think you can go wrong and you will love the sound, the stock headers are very restrictive. Good luck with your ride and always ride safe.
13CVO....With that setup (stock pipes and V&H pipes) did the exhaust get louder? Thxs

Default Exhuast

Summer time is right around the corner, call in now to get your stage one complete. Short turn around times on d&d fat cat exhuast and rinehart and v&h are in stock. As a couple guys said extreme rinehart eliminate the heat on the left side of the bike...ie. Much cooler. And don't forget you tuners either why buy pipes without a tuner if their going to blue without it. Give us a ring today and beat the other guys to the chase!!!

Yes it got louder, not crazy, but that Harley rumble we all love. Stock I thought it was a goldwing. Great combo, the numbers prove it.

Seems to be the best all around combo for a 110" motor if you want to keep the balanced muffler look on the bike. Many who are looking for peak performance may prefer a 2>1 with a Ghost pipe for a balanced look.
Lots of choices and even more opinions out there so good luck with your decision.
Bgill,

First off, congrats on the new scoot!

Second, you WILL get lots of different opinion here, after all that what you are asking for.

One thing for sure is that you are getting rid of the god awful cat in the head pipe! With the warmer season, just around the corner, and the heat that the 110" motor puts out, you are doing the right thing.

JMHO, but here goes.
In 2009 when the new frame model came out, the Screaming Eagle CVO's and the California models had the cats in the headers.

There wasn't much of a choice for headers except the V&H Dresser Duals, Power duals. That was the choice at that time. So I got pretty much the same set up as you, Dresser Duals but 3 1/2 Rineharts. (4" Rineharts were not out at that time)

The scoot ran better, was cooler and sounded like a Harley not a sewing machine!

Well in mid year of 2010, I switch that set up for the "Fulsac" sleeper stage 1 kit. (X-Pipe, 2.25 CVO Baffles, TTS turner)

I have never looked back! One of the BEST upgrades that I could have done.
(Not including: aftermarket shocks, seat, wind screens, lowers, etc, etc, etc, )

If that were my scoot, I would now add the Fulsac "D" X-pipe, CVO 2.25 Baffle cores and the new TTS Matertune Turner.

Before you decide, take a really close look at Fulsac.com and Fuel Moto, like other have said.

If sure beats doing it twice!

Good Luck and Enjoy your new scoot.
