Does the 2007 FLHTCUSE2 come stock w/high flow breather? What are my options & retain stock breather cover?

I am putting RH True duals, PC III, and want to know what is the best filter housing for this matchup on an 07 SE ultra. I plan on leaving the engine stock for the time being. I don't want to dump much more money until I see what they come up with in the water-cooled area.....

Arlen Ness Big Sucker. You can also go with Ness cover..before you make a plunge for the PCIII, suggesdt you check out the threads under the Tuner section. Lot of fellas are having problems with hesitation and the PCIII have an inherent problem on the 06 and 07 with an extended starting period (may not be a big deal to you)..caveat emptor!
