Cool ideas anybody?

Hi everybody, I am doing a simple MOD this weekend. I am relocating the mirrors on my 2013 Ultra Classic CVO from the handle bars to the fairing. In doing do, I get a cleaner, less cluttered area around the clutch and brake levers, and besides, I think it's "bad ***" with a more custom look. My issue is that by moving the missors, I leave a hole where the OEM mirror stems were. Any ideas on what I might use to cover these holes? On my 2009 Ultra classic, I used old style door lock pins that fit the holes perfectly, but I would rather try something else this time. I would rater go with some type of chrome pin or bolt cover etc. Has anyone tried to solve this problem or offer any ideas?
Thanks,
D

Check with your local dealer and see if they have part #68446-00. I believe that is the correct number for the chrome plugs that come on the Street Glides that plug the mirror stem hole.

Cool!!!! I called the dealer and they have the part (at least one of them) but will have to order another. $1.59 what a bargain! Going to get the part today and wait about a week for the other to come in. THANK-YOU VERY MUCH!

Was going to suggest the same thing. Those plugs really do a nice job of finishing the perches where the mirrors used to mount.

For batwings, fairing mounted mirrors look best, IMHO.
