Ok so my right side slider broke a stud. I need a replacement. The front end is from an 80-80 fxwg.
The part I'm looking at buying is on ebay. It is item number 291257362569. The vtwin part number for the direct (albeit expensive) replacement is 24-9934. If they ebay part can be used, please let me know. The only difference I see is the hump around where the fender mounts. My setup is not dual disc so could I use any wide glide 41mm slider pre 1998? (3/4 axel)
If your slider does Not have the raised ring at the fender mount...It is Not from an FXWG..you probably simply need any disk brake model FLH lower leg...But, Without Pictures...Hell It may be a Widened narrow glide!!!
We can't see it to help ya.
