Have the head side sealing surfaces checked for flatness or lapped in, chrome build up will have those bumpy and ridged to beat hell and they won't seal or last long if they do. All the threaded ports will have to have a chase tap run through , the big holes the rocker arm shafts go into will probably need the chrome build up honed or reamed out to size again and the flats were the plastic cap nuts go I guarantee aren't flat anymore the polisher leaned in on them you can see it in the picture's.
Nothing that can't be worked around with some time & care, just a pain you know.
