Hi Folks. Tim74 here from Elyria Ohio. just want to say Hi and am wondering if there is anyway to balance a 74 shovel without having to take the engine all apart? Am installing new 0.050 over pistons and the engine vibrated bad with the 0.040's. Hands would go numb after 20 minutes of riding. Saying thanks in advance.
Like jihnzjz has said, not possible because it involves the flywheels.
That said, is the engine in or out of the frame? Might be time to check for a cracked frame if the vibration is really bad. Might be time to ensure that the engine was properly installed in the frame and tightened down in proper sequence.
