i have replaced the carburetor twice and bike will still not rev up properly have tried a friends carb which defo works but it was still the same problem my bike is a 1200 shovel head 1977

 

Bad timing advance unit, intake leak , improperly adjusted pushrods , could one or more of several things. Need a little more input and welcome to the forums .
