Default FLH fork cover question

Will FLH fork covers fit over FXWG lower tubes? I'm aware I need the lower yoke to mount the covers.

FL & FLH lower legs are an oval shape and so are the cowbell's or covers as you call them. FXWG legs are round and the bells will hit unless you work them a little and round out the openings, easy to do. And yes you need the FLH lower tree with the tabs to use them.
