Since nobody has responded Sean, I just got some Screaming Eagle heavy fork oil from the stealership. I think there are 2 viscosities 10 and 20 wt. Others will correct me if I'm wrong.

what's wrong with using fork oil? you only need a quart every couple of years. there are so many different viscosities and brands, you are sure to make yourself crazy trying them all, without confusing the issue throwing in other sorts of fluids.

Stick with fork oil, it's a bit more involved than you think.
