If it's a OEM then its made by Nippon Seiki. No one rebuilds these stateside. Only reason I am certain is that the one on my 84 FLH took a dump on me back in '11. Been looking since and have followed every recommendation/lead with zero luck. Several shops still work on the Stewart Warner type (last used around 1980 or so) but than those, then no one.
Supposedly there is a shop across the pond that does repair them. Haven't contacted them but once and repairs were around 300 USD. Not cheap but since my bike is almost 100% stock i will probably follow up on it.
