lots of original pieces under all of it, I shy away from too far off the original look but you did good in price and the machine
you have an end goal of just use it

That looks like a "Belgian" sticker on the rim... May indicate Rim MFG. may simply have been applied... Who knows how many Years ago...
Look both ends, of each Spoke over very carefully...
If they were 5 spoke I would have concerns... but those 8 spokers are something I know nothing of!!
Didn't think the "real" invaders came in 8, but IDK certainly.. those may also be Corbin Gentry?? Or a Number of "other" makers
