As in the mounting straps on the back are still flat, never been wrapped around the sissybar, and they show no signs of ever having been laced.
Finding even a rough used one is very difficult. There is a very nice used one on ebay now, listed for $500, and they might just get that.
The seat is in great condition. Even the base is great with no cracks. Usually the base is cracked very badly.
There is a nice used one currently on ebay listed for $700. That's probably a tad high. Judging by the pictures, mine is nicer.
