I definitely have the old style Steel pushrod tubes. Good thing I checked here. I've replaced them many times and always got cork, I didn't realized they were upgraded to aluminum tubes.
Anyway, I opted to order the rebuild kit with silicon seals that are supposed to be better than cork. They cost more, but not much.
dont let JZ bum you out - the blue silicone seals will work - o-rings will also work - quad seals are the newer style o-rings that are used with the newer push rods that have a lip on the bottom tube - you can see the lip on the bottom of the 81 tubes in the pic - they are not aluminum

Hope he comes back in may when the blue seals leak - not looking to be right just every bike that has ever come to the shop with them installed was oozing
mine used to leak with corks so got the blue o rings & it was cured,
but did once have good luck by soaking the cork o rings in water for a day before fitting & they also never leaked,
they kinda expand & soften a bit when soaked giving a better seal & dry to the exact shape & angel of the tubes & lifter blocks.
