They are not common for shovels, if that's what you are asking. A stock or very near stock machine comes up occasionally, but they are getting harder to come by and prices are starting to show it.

I do not think finding a stock Shovelhead is hard, the price will be the issue. Go to any AMCA meet, lots of pretty stock bikes running around, but they are not $5k bikes anymore. With a big enough wallet you can find any year and model.

My dad's neighbor's boyfriend has a 1983 FXSB dual belt thats all stock except slipons and had the tins re-painted from what the guy told me last time i was visiting the parents. hes looking to sell it but not to someone whos going to hack it up. he said he turned down 10k because the guy was going to trike it. i want to go look at it.
