The first time I used them in 2008 my credit card info was stolen. Left a bad impression .Prob not until this order for the switch have I been back to them for anything. I usually prefer ordering direct from the manufacturer when possible. Made in Germany so its easier to buy here - no customs or duty from U.S. seller.
