I am helping a friend rebuild his carb for his 1979 FLH80. When I took the carb off, I noticed it is a zenith (part 14144). I cannot find a rebuild kit for it, as most websites I found a rebuilt kit, it says it doesn’t fit a 1979 FLH.
yes, Zenith/Bendix by Facet fuel Systems... tho yhat one is Older... Not O.E. for that Bike...But a Carb that I like Alot...Much better, IMO, than the Ka-Sneeze it came with.. Dop Not use Import Chiwanese Rebuild Kit...You have been warned...Get a real Zenith/Bendix rebuild Kit...It will work!!
