locked brake calipers??
The lines are new and coated (Goodridge Universal Braided Steel Brake Lines).
The seals are new. I changed them after bleeding the system and finding the problem.
The cylinders are in good condition.
The brake pads are new.
Yesterday I disassembled, again, the brake master cylinder, cleaned it, and it works well.
I disassembled the brake calipers, washed them clean, and checked all the holes. The seals are new.
I washed the lines with fresh brake fluid and blew them out; they're all open.
The cylinders remain slightly out, allowing the pads to rest on the rotors.
When pushed, the wheel turns slightly. It's not locked, just slowed down.
If I push back on the cylinders, the wheel is free and turns many more times.
The lever always has little play before it locks.
Same brand of seals and I used the same method to overhaul the rear brake caliper (banana , it works great.

The plastic part goes underneath, the paper part goes toward the cover.
Is that correct?
Shouldn't it have a vent?
The cover has two vent lines.
I've noticed it tends to bulge.
