1983flht primary
flush the oil tank, inner primary and engine completely with fresh oil.
once you have everything clean and flushed start fresh with new oil and filter....
don't just drain the inner primary take the cover off and clean everything
it probably would be benificial to take the return line off the oil tank and let the sytem flush itself into a seperate drain container. don't let the motor run out of oil but keep adding in the tank while it is running and inspect the oil coming from the engine.....
continue to flush until you see only fresh clean oil coming out of the return line....
button everything up and inspect after every ride until you feel comfortable you have the problem fixed.....
the condensation - water has to be coming from somewhere????
question - did you happen to be low on oil recently and added some that was a different brand than was in the engine?
there is a seal around the wheel hub and the chaincase coverthat is notoriuos for either spinng with the hub and getting FKD up or dry rotting. worth inspecting
I put permatex sealer on the steel plate and the rubber boot where they connect also.... let it set overnight.
I am starting to think this is where the moisture is coming from....you don't need a-lot of water in the oil to get that white soupy gooey crap.
just a little wetness on the road or a couple puddles can cause problems if you have a bad seal..
