Default got a leak (oil)

Ok, I was taking a look at my engine today (80 inch shovel) and i noticed the 4 rocker box screws are leaking... What is the best way to remove them to replace the O-ring? I was told to becareful because i dont want to turn the shaft that the cap screw is screwed into.. can someone help me out

Make sure the nut on the other end of the rocker shaft (left side of the engine) is tight, then just unscrew the rocker arm shaft screw. The only thing that keeps the shafts from turning while you take the right side screws loose are the nuts holding the shafts against the inside of the rocker boxes on the left side.
