I need some help, this bike belongs to the guy I bought my Road Glide from and he wants to sell it but has no idea what to ask, I have seen it and it is as described, Bike is Black with ghost flames. He has a ton in it but knows he will never get it all back.
Thanks. I do have pictures..
1978 shovelhead. A brief description. This bike is a very fresh rebuild with only 110 miles on it. The 93 S&S stroker engine was rebuilt by Randy Mann with new pistons, rings, pushrods and chrome rockerboxes. The transmission was upgraded to a Baker 6 speed about a year ago with a Scorpion clutch. The bike was tore down to the frame. I powder coated the frame and all the tin was painted black with ghost flames. Robbie Grant was the painter. Every nut and bolt has been replaced with stainless and the only original parts are the front calipers and rotor's and frame.
Sounds like a really nice Scooter and not to be negative but he's got way more in it than he'll get, I hope he knows. With the economy down people are dumping they're toys, there's piles of bikes on Ebay (I watch them pretty close) and prices they should get don't even fetch a bid.
