my shovel sat for 13 yrs and i just went thru it and replaced all rubber, gromlets, had to restore the carb and it runs great. i rode last week and it started cutting like it was running out of gas. need some advice on what maybe wrong? peace

What rubber you talking about? Grommets got squat to do with ignition system.
What kinda carb?
Did you flush the gas tanks and clear all the $hit that had probably accumulated in the gas filter?
Have you checked to make sure your tanks are not rusting out and clogging your fuel filter?
Did you set your float correctly when you rebuilt the carb?
Have you checked for a manifold leak?
Have you checked your point setting, condenser, coil and wires to make sure they are all good?
Have you checked for a loose wire in your ignition system that could cause the bike to bump and grind?
