I ran a straight fishtail on my Shovel, but only one and did away with the left side barge pipe. I guess the 2-into-1 setup made it quieter than the dual-type system, or maybe it was 'cause I was coming from a set of shorty drags, but it didn't seem that noisy. You can baffle them from the front end if'n you want.
I'm running stock fish tails on mine. Then put true duels on, then hammered a pipe through the baffles. Then on one side the baffle slid right out...drove like that for a day or two, sounded fine to me but there wasn't enough back pressure/tuned properly too run even so I slid it but in till I buy a new pair of pipes from samson. With the baffles punched out it sounded nice( a bit louder) to me. Now that I have the new pipes I have to fill the hole that is left....any thought's?
Was thinking kickstart an and old fashin tool box kit buy the rear shocks...or somthing like that.
heres some pic's....I hope.
