So I just mounted my tranny ,found 4 looks like 1/4 inch thick spacers,,do they go on tranny bolts? plate bolts or in between as spacers?

Thick washers on the tranny mounting studs go under the nuts & lock washers they are not spacers . Pick up a cheap 4" angle or 1/4" shaft grinder and knock the heads of the rivets on the links and drive the links out with a punch Harbor freight has them for $20 - $25 on sale all the time and they have a net store . the cheap chain breaker tools don't work so well the o-ring chains .

Come with a name like mine what's not to love about poochie ?

Bern you can use a Dremel with the cutoff wheels to do the same just takes a little longer and you'll go through a few wheels .
