Default inner primary

What the heck do you guys use to get out that Big screw holding in the solenoid lever,,it aint budfgin at all

Just a wide tip flathead screwdriver should do the trick. Thinking yours might have been a long time since it has been removed. Try using something like PB Blaster and letting it sit.

That PB blaster is awesome stuff,,I actually had to heat the **** outy of it

Take a 3/8 bolt and use it as a flat punch and smack the top of it a couple times then try again , you can also cut a flat on big washer and use a crescent wrench on them .

Thats the first tool I tried Al,ended up heating it up,first,,and impact,,,do you guys have any knowledge on Karata belt drives? do I have to grind a little out of the inner primary at front? and what is the placement for the idler gear?

Need a picture of your belt setup , BDL makes one with the idler not Karata . I've used them all just gotta see what you have to give the right setup unfo , they all have quirks .

The slot head stuff I've got 3 dif. sizes of the old drag link sockets , got tired of the of rigging things .

it is a karata belt drive the idler was bought separate,seems the front pulley guide is going to rub on the front mouting hole of inner primary

You just take a file to that , common . Shouldn't need an idler with the Karata , those go on the BDL 11mm systems as far as I know I'm running one of them now .
