Default Easy Rider Tech Tips

I was going through some of my old H-D service manuals for AMF FLH and FX models this afternoon. I came across this Easy Rider Tech Tips book I bough back in '83. It has all kinds of home tech tips for repairs and home made tools. As with all the Easy Ride magazines, it's quite entertaining too.

Any of you guys familiar with this?

There were four volumes of Tech Tips. Have them plus The Custom Chopper Cookbook, Motorcycle Electrics Without Pain, Jammer book of Tech Tips and of course What Fits What.

Still poke through them...some good info, some not good info, but still good reading.

The article describes splitting the lifter shaft oil line so that the front rocker shaft gets oiled better. The picture shows a crude T-line made up of brass fittings.

The Tech Tip & Tricks volumes provide rather crude fixes or ideas to make life on your bike just a little better. Remember, this was before the time when there was an aftermarket product for everything under the sun.

There were several articles submitted by an MMA Chapter member from Vallejo, CA that were published in this volume. This article on Paul and his trike is one.
I have some fond memories of riding with Paul, Roach, Chuck, and many others.
Paul passed in 1985.
