wide glide front end
I have a supposed to be a 1980 wide glide front end with 41mm fork tubes but who knows cause i bought it at a swap meet... soo i took it apart to get the trees and lowers powder coated and now im putting it back togheter but i have run into an issue.... what is the best way to punch the oil seal back into it without messing it up??

Use a piece of scrap tubing or some PVC that's the correct size ... Be sure that the tubing is contacting the seal on the outer portion ( outer diameter ) of the seal so as not to damage the the inner ( sealing ) portion of the seal.

Yep 2" with a cap glued on one end about 18" long , rubber hammer too .
