2 into 1 exhaust ?

2 into 1 exhaust ?
I have 76 fxe with forward controls and forward mounted master cylinder I would like to set up the exhaust with the old style 2 into 1 head pipes like are on the fl . would like to know if the fl head pipes from one the popular companies will fit this bike and witch ones to get. would like to set it up like the bike owned by deadreckoning he calls it la cucaracha

Yep it started life as a 72 FLH. I've had it for 41 years. It has gone through many transformations. In December 08 it died under a SUV and I had to rebuild it. It is now legally a 78FXS with the salvaged motor, a 1950 panhead sidecar front forks and risers with 73 lower legs. The swingarm is off the 78 the wheel and brake from an early 79.. Rear fender is 72 the front is a later model. The horn is a panhead trumpet in 6 volts. It is loud when you push 12 through it.
