Im not bashing, and I will own one at some point...but I have been on this forum for a few years, and there are more than 50 threads talking about how someone had to have a part overnighted to them because it was broken. Like I said in my post, JD's customer service is top notch. Im just saying that he might want to be looking for higher quality components to eliminate having to spend his time and money overnighting new parts to people...who knows, maybe he gets the new parts from his venders at no charge, but would be better if they didn't break in the first place...I am also aware that many issues can be installation related since most of these are being installed by the riders themselves. I own my own company just like JD does, and I know that if I have to go back and fix something, even though I do it at not charge, I would surely prefer to not have callbacks at all. That's all Im saying.
