Wish you the best Blu,

I now plenty about chronic pain myself, abused the ole' body my whole life.

When the Chiropractor looked at an x-ray of my back for the first time, he looked at me, then looked at the x-ray, then looked at me, then the x-ray, then me, then shook his head and said "dayum".

I try to stay in decent shape, plenty stretching, very seldom any medication at all, and just try to keep on keeping on.
