Have you considered Street Glide wheels? Cheap, plentiful, direct swap, and imo a huge improvement in appearance while not looking like you're trying too hard.
My old 11 Ultra -
(Sorry - only pic I could find that showed the wheels)
I don't recall if there's a MCII that fits the front. I had Dunlops.

He might have meant that here...except that "17in" Airstrike would be 2009 ONLY
My buddy has a set of polished enforcer wheels with tires mounted and non abs bearings. He bought wheels new and have 2000 miles and tires have 4000 miles. Absolutely mint condition. He had them mounted on 2011 ultra. Could get for good price as he has couple sets of rims laying around. Let me know if I could help.
The best value would be swapping your 28 Knuckles for a chrome set. Here is a setup we sell.
28 Spoke chrome wheels with matching discs, chrome rotor bolts and Dunlop American Elite narrow white wall tires.
The Enforcer upgrade is a really great one too. The info others have posted is accurate but it's worth noting that you will also need the Enforcer rotor hardware. Try finding a set with the front discs mounted when looking.
They can be found complete with bearings, rotors and a tire for $250-$350.
I put an enforcer on my 2007 FLHX and made a significant difference in handling. Much more enjoyable to ride.
He's looking for a set
Btw, you're probably aware that you lowered the braking efficiency below what you had with your OEM brake rotors when you "Turned" the OD of those 11.8"(300mm) rotors down to 11.5" to use with your existing calipers...yes?

I have a 2010 EG and just changed my front wheel to the impeller. Found it on eBay with rotors and abs bearings with very low miles. Paid $275 to my door. It was a direct swap with my existing tire.
The Enforcers look a little better but you have to go with a lower profile tire.
