With a little 3M finesse It on them always worked well for me but it was time consuming. I thought someone had stumbled onto something when the Biker Spirits was recommended. May be good for detailing a bike that is never ridden.

I use Wizards's Chrome Polish, a fat shoe lace, and a lot of these.

I use a Ryobi electric screw gun the smallest they make with a modified bit with a Mothers cone cleaner att. This gets the mane grime off in a hurry , Flitz metal polish on swabs followed again with the gun then by hand with micro cloth and soft wire wire wheel brush, This puts a slick film on the parts so future cleaning is not so dear a chore .

Mothers cone foam cleaner attachment with a 12 inch drill bit extension. Saturate foam with Meguires cleaner wax and slather it on spokes. Then just use the drill on very slow speed working it all around. The long extension makes it possible to use the tip or the flat back edge. There is also a round style that is just as good. As it starts to dry up, increase the speed until you are nearly buffing.
