Talking to my Pop a few days ago he told me if my nephew moves out here and stays, or even far enough away he'd never move back there to take ownership of his house, he will sell it and put the money in the bank for me and my sister to split. I told him to use that money, and any other money he has, to live a comfortable and enjoyable life. If he wants to go to Vegas and blow it all on craps then do it. We do pretty good here....and no need to worry about inheritance. Not sure my sister is in the same boat, given the drama playing out there now, but not my concern right now
